Products & Nature of Goods
Karigaribystone sells handmade marble handicrafts, marble temples and other heavy marble products. Because products are natural and handcrafted, slight variations in color, veining, texture, finish and dimensions are normal and do not constitute defects.
Product Images & Descriptions
Images on the site are for illustration only. We strive for accuracy in descriptions but actual products may vary. Minor size, color or finish differences are permissible.
Prices & Currency
All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated. Prices shown on the site can be changed at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout for accepted orders.
Payment
Orders are accepted only after successful payment via the approved payment methods on the site. For custom, bulk, or heavy orders we may require advance payment or deposits.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Order confirmations are acknowledgements of receipt and not a guarantee of acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including payment failure, incorrect information, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be cancelled by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
a. Delivery timelines shown are estimates only.
b. Heavy or oversized marble items require special packing and transport; such orders may take longer and incur additional shipping charges.
c. Doorstep placement may not be feasible for very heavy items; customers should arrange local labor or equipment if required.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom designs and bulk orders generally require design approval, lead time and advance payment. Once production starts, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including images, text, designs and logos — is owned by Karigaribystone and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use site content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Karigaribystone is not liable for damages resulting from improper handling, installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear of stone products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
